I am unable to place merchandise into my shopping cart. What should I do?

How long until I get my merchandise?
- For CD's, standard shipping via USPS Media Mail takes up to 7 days, but if you get only one unit, we will ship that CD First Class USPS mail at no additional charge. You could receive your CD the next day, depending on where you are shipping it.
- For other band merchandise, expect delivery of your product(s) in 3 - 4 weeks. Remember that the cost of shipping is included in the merchandise price.
When will my CD ship?
- All orders received before 3:00 pm EST will ship that day. All orders received after that time will ship the next day. All orders received during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If buythiscd.com does not have the CD in stock that was ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes abvailable.
What about the other merchandise?
- Most of the band merchandise is special order, depending on the product, it could take up to two weeks before the product ships.

Where is my merchandise coming from?
- All product is shipped from Pittsburgh, PA.
Can my band sell their CD here?

Does the band actually receive any of the money from the sale of their CD?
- Yes they do. Probably one of the best rates per product sold.
What credit cards do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express
What if I change my mind on an order?
- Call 800-444-3324 or email sales@buythiscd.com and put in your name, email address, and product ordered, hopefully you will not be too late.
Can I get a refund on an order?
- Once the item has shipped - CD's only - you have 20 business days from the ship date to return it unopened. Your credit card will be credited the money - minus the shipping fee.
My product was damaged in shipping, what should I do?
- Send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge.
I don't see any national act releases, why?
- We are catering to the smaller independent bands out there that might not have a big recording contract or record deal. There are many great bands out there waiting to be heard, we are letting you hear them.
Why isn't there much product here?
- This site was started in November, 2002. We are not fully stocked yet, but we wanted to start selling people's products, updates to stock are constantly being made. Check back often for new bands and products.
